Okay, now, it’s only the first week of August and this is what I saw in the grocery store yesterday.
Hello. Halloween is nearly three months away. I’m just saying.
I am so not ready for this, folks.
Trying to live in the present as usual.

I know, really! What’s the rush? People spend so much time looking ahead to the next thing that they can’t enjoy what they’re doing….
I am trying very hard to enjoy my August and the not terrible weather! It is so disconcerting to see all the Halloween cr*p!
Gotta give ’em credit for not putting out Christmas stuff yet!

Aunt Sarah is right–people spend WAAAY too much thinking ahead–which is why Mom is also right–trying to live in the present is important!!
PS I think the cough medicine made me use the double exclamation points.
